Shipping & Returns

 

Domestic EU

All orders are shipped worldwide via our affiliate courier. We gladly accept returns within 10 days of receipt free of charge.
All items should be returned new and unused, with the tag intact and with the original packaging (Art dealer box & courier box).
Once our quality control team has approved the returned items, your refund will be credited directly back to the original form of payment used. Your refund will be processed within 5 business days from when your return is received, most likely sooner. Shipping costs are not refunded.

Extra EU

  • Shippings: all orders are shipped worldwide via our affiliate courier. Custom fees are charged to the customer.

  • Returns: We gladly accept returns within 10 days of receipt. Custom & Shipping cost are paid by the customer. Once our quality control team has approved the returned items, your refund will be credited directly back to the original form of payment used. Your refund will be processed within 5 business days from when your return is received, most likely sooner. Shipping costs are not refunded.

    Our affiliate courier will assist you for the return of the product. If you decide to use another way for the return, please take note of the following conditions in order your return can be accepted:

    • Please wait to receive all required returns information before sending any return packages. We will not accept unauthorized packages.

    • Please make sure that all expenses (shipping cost, tax and customs clearance fees) must be paid by you (use incoterm DDP). Otherwise the package could be rejected. You may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs office directly.

    • Add to the package all the documentation needed for customs clearances (as commercial invoices).  

    • All items should be returned new and unused, with the tag intact and with the original packaging (Art dealer box & courier box) within 15 days from the day after we authorize the return.

* If we don’t receive news from the customer for a week from the refund request, it will not be possible to continue with the return and refund.
