Exchanges & Returns Policy

If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can exchange or return the product in its original and unworn condition within 14 days of receipt.

How do exchanges and returns work?

To proceed, send an email to hello@artdealerjournal.com; our customer service will receive the request and will contact you as soon as possible and send a confirmation email within two working days.

You will need to indicate the order number, email, items you want to return or exchange and the associated reason. You can then choose between 3 types of compensation: refund, store credit or exchange.

We remind you that refunds will not be possible on returns of products purchased with any final sales or archive sales. It will be possible to proceed with a store credit or an exchange.

The refund will be made with the same type of payment used during the purchase and will take up to 30 days from receipt by our warehouse. The credit time varies depending on your bank.

Original shipping costs and export custom duties will not be refunded.
