Se per qualche ragione non sei soddisfatto del tuo acquisto puoi sempre esercitare il tuo diritto di recesso entro 14 giorni lavorativi dalla ricezione dello stesso. Il termine dei 14 giorni decade alla tua prima richiesta e chiara manifestazione di voler esercitare il diritto.
( Per procedere con il reso compila il form al seguente link, oppure invia una mail all’indirizzo hello@artdealerjournal.com; il nostro servizio clienti riceverà la richiesta e provvederà il prima possibile - da uno o due giorni lavorativi - a contattarti e ad inviare una mail di conferma entro due giorni lavorativi.
Dovrai indicare numero d’ordine, email, articoli che vuoi restituire e motivazione del reso. Potrai poi scegliere tra 3 tipi di compensazione: rimborso, store credit o cambio.
Ti ricordiamo che non sarà possibile il rimborso su resi di prodotti acquistati in sconto, pre order, di archivio o di collezioni speciali (Art dealer Originals). Sarà possibile procedere con uno store credit o un cambio.
Come procedere con la restituzione? Dopo che la tua richiesta di reso sarà stata confermata, riceverai l’etichetta da apporre al pacco e potrai portarlo ad un punto di ritiro del nostro corriere di fiducia GLS. In alternativa, potrai procedere autonomamente alla spedizione (sempre a seguito di una nostra conferma), inviando gli articoli al seguente indirizzo:

Ti ricordiamo che i costi di spedizione di reso sono a carico del cliente.
Il reso deve essere effettuato nel packaging originale, il prodotto non deve essere stato indossato o lavato, deve avere il cartellino originale e non deve presentare difetti o macchie di alcun tipo.
Una volta che gli articoli resi arriveranno presso il nostro magazzino, il team preposto procederà al controllo qualità, al termine del quale riceverai una mail di conferma con esito positivo o negativo se non conforme agli standard.
Il rimborso verrà effettuato sul medesimo tipo di pagamento utilizzato in fase di acquisto e richiederà fino a 30 giorni a partire dalla ricezione presso i nostri magazzini. Il tempo di accredito varia a seconda del tuo istituto.
I costi di spedizione originale non verranno rimborsati.

We remind you that the return shipping costs are charged to the customer.
The return must be made in the original packaging, the product must not have been worn or washed, must have the original tag and must not have any defects or stains of any kind.
Once the returned items arrive at our warehouse, the team in charge will proceed with the quality control, at the end of which you will receive a confirmation email with a positive or negative result if it does not comply with the standards.
The refund will be made on the same type of payment used during the purchase and will take up to 30 days from receipt in our warehouses. The credit time varies depending on your institution.
Original shipping costs will not be refunded.
